Powder Resin Insulation Hot Dip Coating Machine with Fluidized Bed
This machine is equipped with safety door and powder recycling device. Once workpiece is pre-heated, it is ready to do powder coating. Machine has a rotation function to ensure evenly powder coating. There are also a separate area for removing excess powder with an air gun so that powder can be recycled and re-used.

Power on machine
Pre-heat stators
Select related stator parameter on touch screen
Load heated stator
Press auto start button
Machine will automatically do powder coating
Unload stator
Remove extra powder by air gun
