Belt Drive Auto Positioning Balancing Machine
Before armature balancing, user needs to do mechanical adjustment and set touch screen parameter. Before operation, clean armature shaft neck, holder and outside of the driving belt.

b. Precisely automatic stop for positioning without marking through the measuring process.
c. Tracking the slot No. to reduce or avoid the positioning error resulting from belt sliding away. The phase tolerance by repeated measuring is within ±2.5°.
d. Only setting the armature semi-diameter r, the distance between calibrating sides b, the distance between calibrating side and support point a/c and speed parameter of stepper motor before starting the machine is ok.
e. The armature comes to support rack; the sensor switch will start the stepper motor. After the measuring, the unbalancing value for both sides will be shown on touch screen. By default, it will stop left side; operator could add the adhesive referring to the unbalancing value, then press "changing phase" to stop at right side. So does right side.
