This flyer winding machine can do multi-wire concentrated winding as well as single wire winding. Standard machine covers stator OD range from 20mm to 180mm. While customized machine can wind stator exceed 200mm with special winding fixture. The adoption of ceramic winding nozzle reduces the damage of copper wire during winding.
