Insulation Treatment 3M Resign Powder Coating Machine for Rotor and Stator Slot
After workpiece heated, load workpiece into machine fixture, press start button, safety door closes, then machine will automatically dip workpiece into the fluidised powder bed. After powder coating, machine will automatically lift workpiece, rotate it 180 degree to evenly coating powder.

Power on machine
Pre-heat stators
Select related stator parameter on touch screen
Load heated stator
Press auto start button
Machine will automatically do powder coating
Unload stator
Remove extra powder by air gun
